Degree Audit

Students wishing to monitor their progress toward degree completion may request a Degree Audit through the ESTHER system.

Please note that the Registrar's Degree Audit only verifies completion of University Graduation Requirements, which can be found in the General Announcementsexternal link symbol. For specific major requirements, please contact your major department.

Instructions for requesting a Degree Audit:

  • Log onto ESTHERexternal link symbol
  • Student Services and Accounting Summary Link
  • Degree Audit

Once your Degree Audit has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you that it is available for view in ESTHER.

ECAPP: Meeting University Requirements

The Office of the Registrar uses ECAPP (Esther’s Curriculum And Program Planning) to monitor each undergraduate student's progress in fulfilling university requirements. You can access ECAPP to view your record on university requirements and to ensure that you are ready for graduation. For more information on university requirements, please see the General Announcementsexternal link symbol.

To access ECAPP:

  1. Login to ESTHERexternal link symbol. For more information about using ESTHER, visit the ESTHER FAQ page.
  2. Go to Student Services and Account Information > Student Records & Account information > ECAPP Degree Evaluation.
  3. Select Current Evaluations.
  4. Select the most current evaluation.
  5. Select one of the following:
    • General Requirements: Provides an overview of the evaluated Program and Areas only.
    • Detail Requirements: Provides a more detailed description of why you met (or didn’t meet) a Program or Area. It does this by displaying Group and Rule information as well.
    • Additional Information: Provides a list of In Progress courses, indicating the Areas or Groups they may be filling.

Please note:

 - ECAPP does NOT monitor major or departmental course requirements. It only monitors university requirements. ECAPP is also not a replacement for your advising program. Rather, it is a tool that you and your advisors can use to monitor your academic progress.

 - ECAPP is not an official degree audit until it is certified as such by the Office of the Registrar.
