Ad Hoc Data Request

Most of the data needed on a daily basis is already available to the Rice community through a variety of self-service resources. A guide to these resources is available here. If you are in need of data not available through EDGAR/WebApps, the Enrollment Counts WebApp, ESTHER, or the Reports to the President, you may submit an ad hoc data request for the data by completing the form below.

Data will only be released in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and applicable Rice policies, and not all requests will meet these criteria. As a business practice, OTR does not provide:

• Lists of email addresses for student projects
• Personally-identifiable data without a clearly defined university need
• Any data for which it is not a Data Steward
