Enrollment & Degree Verification
- Enrollment Verifications are often required for purposes of health insurance coverage, good student auto insurance discounts, loan deferments, VA benefits, etc.
- Enrollment verifications may be obtained in one of the following ways:

Rice University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verification for Rice students. The cost is $2.50 per verification. To do so:
- Go to the National Student Clearinghouse
Web site.
- Click on Verify Current Enrollment.
- Read the EnrollmentVerify User Agreement and click I Agree.
- Fill in the requested personal information, and click Submit Request.
- Fill in payment information and click Submit Request.
In Person
Download and print the Enrollment Verification Request Form 
. Complete the form and submit it to the Office of the Registrar. There is a $5.00 fee for an enrollment verification.
Processing Time. The enrollment verification processing time takes between 2 - 5 business days during non-peak periods and 5-7 business days during peak periods.
