Survey Assistance

Academic schools, divisions, and departments may require data to respond to various surveys such as the Common Data Survey (CDS), Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS), Independent Colleges and Universities of Texas (ICUT), National Survey for Student Engagement (NSSE), Faculty Survey for Student Engagement (FSSE), American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE), etc.

The Office of Institutional Research (OIR) serves Rice University by providing information and sound research about its students, faculty, staff, and programs in order to enhance decision making, problem-solving, strategic planning, policy review, and institutional assessment.
