The Office of the Registrar invites you to electronically submit documents to our office, under the following conditions:
Highly Sensitive, Forms with PII
Forms to be submitted that include what is known as PII (personally identifiable information, such as a SSN), should be sent via the upload mechanism below.
All Other Forms (such as Special Registration Forms)
Special Registration Forms and Declaration of Major Forms, along with the necessary supporting faculty approval emails (from faculty Rice e-mail, @rice.edu accounts), should be submitted together as an email attachment to email@example.com.
