Re: ROUND ONE: 2025-2026 General Announcements (GA) Edit Process
It's time to begin the 2025-2026 GA Edit Process (Overview). Over the next week, the Office of the Registrar (OTR) will distribute “Sign-Off” memos to academic department chairs (and program directors).
New This Year: We will use the Adobe Sign (electronic) workflow process so that sign-offs can be done electronically and more efficiently. Needed curricular or academic credential edits should be attached to the PDF workflow and returned to us with the electronically signed "Sign-Off" sheets. Please be looking for an Adobe Sign email from our office (and specifically, Mr. Hakeem Abiola).
Please begin the review of your academic department and program offerings available in the 2025-2026 GA Preview Websites (the GA Staging Area). Our office is glad to assist you in any way that you might need. We will make the necessary updates and edits on your behalf, based on what you send back to us as attachments to/with your appropriately signed "Sign-Off" memos.
