ATTENTION: All Students, Faculty and Instructors
REMINDER: Tomorrow (Thursday, 02/08) is a Monday (Monday Classes Held)
As noted in previous correspondence, and as noted in the Spring 2024 calendar:
1) On Thursday, February 8th (tomorrow):
- Classes that would normally meet on a Thursday will not meet.
- Classes that normally meet on Mondays will meet on Thursday, February 8th at their normally scheduled time and location.
2) On Friday, February 9th, there are no scheduled classes (Spring Recess).
3) On the Solar Eclipse Day - Monday, April 8th, there are no scheduled classes.
Please Note: Not applicable to Jones School of Business faculty, instructors, and students in the MBA and MAcc programs.
This scheduling change (tomorrow, Thursday, February 8th) was done to help balance instructional days for courses that meet on Mondays, specifically taking into account the Faculty Senate-approved change to the academic calendar for the Solar Eclipse Day, Monday, April 8th. (No scheduled classes that day.)
