RE: Semester Week Two (2) Deadlines (Spring 2025)
Tomorrow, Friday, January 24th, is the end of Week 2. Please read below as some deadlines have been changed due to the winter weather and university closure this week.
January 24th Deadlines
The following deadlines will remain scheduled for Friday, January 24th:
- Last day to convert a “Pass/Fail” to an earned letter grade for courses taken in Fall 2023 semester; the process to do so is online via ESTHER
- Last day for graduate-level students to submit an online Application for Degree for May (Spring) degree conferral via ESTHER
January 29th Deadlines
The following deadlines, which are normally associated with the end of Week 2, have been moved and are now 11:59pm on Wednesday, January 29th:
- Last day to ADD courses online via ESTHER
- Last day to adjust variable credit for courses online via ESTHER
- Last day to complete late registration via ESTHER
- Last day to withdraw with a 100% refund of tuition and fees
- Last day for tuition adjustment for part-time students
