Tuesday, January 20 @ 9:00 a.m. (through Monday, March 29 @ 5:00 p.m.) 2nd Registration, Add/Drop PIN is active for undergraduates for Spring 2004 registration
Tuesday, January 20 @ 9:00 a.m. Online registration resumes - undergraduates who continue to adjust their schedules must use the 2nd Registration, Add/Drop PIN.

Deadline: Last day to add courses without a fee
Deadline: Last day to add a course without obtaining instructor's permission.

Deadline: Last day to file the following in the Office of Graduate Studies for a May 2004 conferral of degree: Thesis masters candidacy petitions; Certification of non-thesis masters; Form for candidacy masters; Ph.D. candidacy petitions
Deadline: Last day to withdraw or drop to part-time status with a 70% refund of tuition

Monday, February 16 Financial aid application materials become available to returning students to apply for need-based aid for 2004–2005

Deadline: Mid-semester grades for first-year undergraduate students are due

Deadline: Last day to drop course(s) for all graduate students and "returning" undergraduate students
Deadline: Last day to designate a course as "Pass/Fail"
Tuesday, March 30 (through Friday, September 3) 1st Registration, Add/Drop PIN is active for undergraduates for Fall 2004 registration
Tuesday, March 30 (through Sunday, April 4) Fall 2004 registration begins - undergraduates are subject to the Priority Registration timetable
Thursday, April 1 Deadline: Last day to complete financial aid applications for Spring 2004
Monday, April 5 Students who failed to register last week will be assessed a $50 "Failure to Register" fee.
Friday, April 9 Summer term aid applications become available
Monday, April 12 (through Wednesday, April 14) Registration for SELF-scheduled exams for undergraduate courses
Wednesday, April 14 Deadline: Last day to register for SELF-scheduled exams for undergraduate courses

Deadline: Last day to complete loan applications for spring 2004 loans
Priority Deadline: Last day for returning students to submit financial aid application materials for 2004-2005

Deadline: All Faculty Evaluations are due to the Office of the Registrar by 5:00 p.m.
