Course Rosters

You can access your course rosters online by logging into ESTHER.
By selecting the "Faculty Services" tab within ESTHER, you can:

• Download your course rosters
• Send an email to any of your students
• View which instructors are assigned to a course (department coordinators only)
• View which courses are cross-listed
• View assigned meeting times and classrooms
• Review enrollment counts for a course
• View student information by course:
  • student ID
  • student email
  • registration status
  • level
  • college or department
  • matriculation term
  • year of study

Note: the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects student records from unauthorized disclosure. Please limit use of these records to legitimate educational purposes.
