Rice complies with Solomon Amendment, which is a federal law that mandates that institutions receiving certain federal agency funding must fulfill military recruitment requests for access to campus and for lists containing student recruiting information. Additional information is available:

Data will only be released in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Solomon Amendment, and applicable Rice policies.
