This e-mail is being sent as a courtesy reminder, and is a highlight of an important deadline in the Fall 2021 Academic Calendar:

— APPLY TO GRADUATE (APPLICATION FOR DEGREE)
The posted deadline to submit an APPLICATION FOR DEGREE for December 2021 or May 2022 is THIS FRIDAY (October, 29. 2021). If you plan to graduate in December 2021 or May 2022, and have not already done so, please submit the online Application for Degree form via ESTHER. (The process is automated and online for undergraduate students.) To apply online, please log into ESTHER and follow the prompts.
— {NEW} INFO ON DECEMBER 2021 CONVOCATION CEREMONY
Students applied to graduate in December 2021 will receive an e-mail next week (on or before Thurs 11/04) with an RSVP url link for the December 2021 Convocation Ceremony. Additional and regularly updated information on the December 2021 Convocation Ceremony can be found, at:

— ACADEMIC PROGRESS (GO TO YOUR ADVISOR / DEGREE WORKS)
As noted in the General Announcements, "Students are responsible for making certain that their plan of study meets all degree and major (and minor and/or certificate) requirements.” Students are encouraged to regularly meet with their advisors. To complement advising, students should review their academic progress using the Degree Works tool available in ESTHER.
— DECLARATION OR CHANGE OF MAJORS, MINORS (or CERTIFICATES)
If for some reason you have not already declared a major, minor or UG certificate that you intend to complete, please declare it THIS WEEK and before the posted deadline this Friday (October 29, 2021). The DECLARATION/CHANGE OF MAJOR (or MINOR, or CERTIFICATE, if applicable) forms are available via ESTHER, in the Student Services & Account Information tab.
